" An invaluable help throughout our Spanish property purchase We can wholeheartedly recommend Iberian Property Group, and especially Darren, to anyone considering buying a property in Spain. From our very first contact with Darren, we found him to be incredibly patient, helpful and committed. He spent an entire week driving us around the area south of Alicante, showing us properties that closely matched our wishes and requirements. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was always there to guide us through the many questions and practical matters that naturally arise when buying a property in another country. Darren was also incredibly helpful with the practical arrangements surrounding our visits, including booking a hotel for us, and in cooperation with our lawyer, he helped us obtain our NIE numbers. Throughout the purchase process, Darren became our main point of contact and support. He was an invaluable link between us, the seller and our lawyer, making sure that we were kept informed and understood what was happening at every stage. His knowledge, patience and willingness to help made the entire process much easier and gave us great peace of mind. As we were unable to be in Spain ourselves during parts of the process, Darren went to the property on our behalf and kept us updated throughout the construction project by sending us regular photos and videos. This was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to follow the progress of our new home from Denmark. Darren also checked the property on our behalf and made sure that the keys to our new home were safely sent to us in Denmark. What impressed us most was Darren’s genuine commitment, availability and willingness to help – including with many things that go far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. We have absolutely no doubt that we could never have completed our property purchase in Spain without Darren’s invaluable help and support. A huge thank you to Darren and Iberian Property Group for their outstanding help and for making the entire process feel safe, straightforward and manageable for us. We would give them our warmest recommendation to anyone looking to buy a property in Spain. 🇪🇸❤️🏡 Helle & Torben Denmark "
